We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and we were truly delighted with our experience. The location could not have been better, situated right in the heart of the charming old town. We were able to explore all the beautiful old buildings and attractions with great ease.

excellent stay. Best value pricing. Perfect location to Christmas market, Roland, historical sites, shopping and spa. Rooms are good size, quiet, clean, easily accessible from elevator. Wonderful staff, always courteous and pleasant, excellent language skills and tourist information, helpful and knowledgable on travel information. The breakfast was exceptional only surpassed by the staff who greet and serve you. Definitely ten out of ten.

Steps and stairs in certain parts of the hotel entrance. Could be a little more "senior friendly" in baths and toilets.

Staying at this hotel was a smart decision as it is right next to the town hall in the center of the Altstadt, perfect location for exploring the town. the rooms were modern and clean, and the bathroom was well-equipped. the breakfast was a highlight, with a range of options to suit all tastes. the hotel had several areas outside of the rooms to relax and even access the internet – making connectivity convenient.

There was some noise from the surrounding area, but this is to be expected due to the central location.

The hotel was quite noisy. We could hear people talking and laughing outside of our room at night, which made it hard to sleep.

Amazing place to start the new year! Great service, delicious breakfast, and cozy atmosphere were the best aspects of the hotel. The lovely balcony and the quiet outdoors surely added an extra point to this memorable stay. the hotel is centrally located, close to the main attractions, and there were no parking issues either.

The pillows were not comfortable, and we had to fold them to support our necks. The room decoration was not very modern or sophisticated, but it was still functional.
